NIAGARA LES CLEFS D'OR ASSOCIATION BRIGHTENS CHRISTMAS FOR MANY

At their November 29 meeting, members of the Niagara Concierge Association from many of Niagara's finest hotels continued their support of local charities with a $2,000 cheque to the Niagara Peninsula Children's Centre and a $600.00 cheque to Project Share in support of families at Christmas. The funds were raised through various means including an annual golf tournament and a donation from the Niagara Falls Sertoma Club.

In addition to the financial support of Project Share, members also donated a large variety of food products for the needy families.

The Niagara Concierge Association are members of the Les Clef's D'or (Gold Keys) a national association of professional Hotel Concierge and professional and corporate affiliates whose motto is " In service through friendship".

The Niagara area members meet on a regular basis to share ideas and their knowledge in order to exceed guest expectations.

The prestigious association is built purely on friendship and professional ethics where no competition exists, and members across the country come from the nation's finest hotels in most major cities and resort areas.

At the Niagara meeting, local Director Andre Plouffe presented some of the members with their gold key in recognition of training accomplishments in order to meet mandatory requirements of becoming a member of Les Clefs D'Or.
